I teach beginner and intermediate yoga classes, which are inspired by many different styles of yoga, such as Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga.

I combine different types of yoga to meet the needs of my students; delivering classes which create core strength, flexibility, enable relaxation and clear toxins.
