I am always looking for fast and easy dinners (if you can’t already tell by the recipes in my blog!) I recently tried this recipe with beef strips and roasted cherry tomatoes¬†and it made for a pretty decent dinner!

It’s about balance . . .

If there is one ingredient that most of the recipes I ‘test’ have, its garlic. I love the taste and I love the health benefits. Research studies have shown garlic can improve circulation, lower the risk of certain cancers, reduce cholesterol levels, and help keep blood pressure in check. Be sure to add in garlic to your next meal, just ignore the bad breath afterwards!
