Oh yes,  you read that correctly. A homemade healthy soft serve ice cream, and all you need is a few ingredients and a blender.




  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of Greek Yogurt (full fat!)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


1. Combine yogurt, protein powder and chia seeds. Mix well and place in the freezer for 2 hours.

2. Take the mixture and blend well until you have soft serve ice cream! Add in almonds and freeze again for 1 hour if you like a harder consistency of ice cream! Enjoy!
