Your mouth will literally start to water after seeing the vibrantly coloured pictures of food on this website!It is no secret that I am obsessed with using  panko (Japanese breadcrumbs).  I love the light yet crispy characteristics that panko brings to otherwise soft textured dishes such as casseroles and various meats.



In this recipe, the panko was touched with red and white colours from the paprika and garlic powder. There were no mushy surfaces to be found on the crispy exterior of these chicken tenders. I enjoyed the initial distinct mustard flavour after each bite, which had an aftertaste that was smeared with the sweetness of honey. The garlic powder and paprika added assertive flavour elements to the dish, similar to way adding garlic powder to mashed potatoes cannot go unnoticed.
