It’s about balance . . .

If my MEH (Meat Eating Husband) could have meat and potatoes for the rest of his life, he would. That’s where I come in; the vegetable pusher! Here are 3 easy ways to get your husband to eat vegetables:

  1. Dice em! Sometimes a big head of broccoli can be too much. Dic up veggies and add them into sauces or casseroles.
  2. Play with the cooking time. Some people are more likely to eat vegetables if they are cooked thoroughly. Find out how they would prefer their veggies.
  3. Make them smooth. For some reasons, my MEH loves his vegetables in a smoothie. Maybe it’s because he can’t taste the spinach when its mixed with chocolate protein?
