I am certified to be able to help you to achieve optimal well-being from the inside out. I am a Registered Dietitian, with a Masters Degree in Public Health. I have a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance National Teacher Certification and I have been practicing yoga for over 6 years. I can guide you through the ups and downs of forming a new habit pattern, from the very first building blocks of change to being a full yoga-nut if that’s what you’re looking for!
